Peter and wife Irene have a good deal of experience with motor boats and trailer sailing. Their 20’ “Walker” concrete trailer sailer, ventured as far as  The Great Australian Bight in SA, Port Stephens and Myall Lakes in NSW,   and the East coast of Australia as far North as The Hope Islands in Qld.

They’ve been survivors of an air and sea rescue in The Gulf of Carpentaria,  after a dodgy sale, and later demise of a wooden sloop purchased in Darwin. 

After that very lucky escape, they decided to painstakingly complete a 30’ Robert’s design motor sailer,  affectionately christened “Leearcki” in 1995. 

Built from fibreglass with a balsa core,  this red coloured nuggetty vessel certainly attracts a lot of attention when on her travels, having ventured  all around Tassie, as well as the Victorian and South Australian coastlines. 

All videos for sale have been produced with a professional quality and exude  spirited fun loving adventure, embellished with crayfish and a quality wine. 

Peter’s video adventures are entertaining and interesting for all viewers, but for Boaties or Sofa Skippers who dream to follow in Leearcki’s wake,  each video offers an invaluable record of passages taken, where to anchor,  and what to see ashore. Certainly good value and wonderful viewing for all!
